Are Vaer watches water-resistant?
Yes, all our watches are designed for active use. Most models feature a minimum water resistance of 10ATM (100 meters), making them safe for swimming, surfing, and everyday exposure.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our watches globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What does the Vaer warranty cover?
Every Vaer watch comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in the movement, case, or dial. It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage to the crystal.
How do I change the strap on my watch?
Most Vaer watches feature quick-release spring bars, allowing you to swap straps in seconds without any tools. Simply slide the lever to remove the current strap and click the new one into place.
